The photoelectric tracking is not accurate during bag making; 1. The stepper motor has abnormal noise when it is turned on, and the film cannot be fed. Approach: (1) Check whether the main motor is turning correctly, and adjust it to the correct direction indicated by the arrow. (2) Whether the stepper motor driver is faulty, turn off the main power supply and turn it on again to restore it to normal. 2. The film feeding size is more than 5mm shorter than the preset size During the operation, the film feeding size is staggered, the feeding size is more than 5mm shorter than the preset size, and the film is not fed once intermittently during the operation. Approach: (1) The sensitivity adjustment of the photoelectric eye is not good or the polarity is not selected correctly. (2) The photoelectric switch should be replaced due to leakage to ground or short circuit between terminals. It is necessary to relax each lamination bar, check the function of the discharging part, and troubleshoot. 3. The torque of the stepping motor is significantly reduced, and the size of the bag is not accurate. Treatment method: The stepper driver is faulty, or the connection between the rubber roller and the stepper motor is blocked. Check and repair the stepper driver in time, connect the rubber roller and the stepper motor. 4. Inaccurate photoelectric tracking during bag making Approach: (1) The selection of the photoelectric eye adjustment method and operating conditions is incorrect, and it should be adjusted correctly according to the requirements of the manual. (2) The difference between the pre-adjusted film feeding length (when adjusting the blank bag) and the actual bag-making size is too large, and the length of the production line or the adjustment pressure should be reset, and the equipment should be adjusted. (3) If the resistance to the film is too large or the quality of the products in the previous process is poor, the materials should be checked and replaced. Front sealing bag cutting machine 5. The discharge speed is low or the operation is abnormal Approach: (1) The eye position switch is in poor contact or the cam angle is not good and should be adjusted or replaced. (2) The thyristor or rectifier tube of the discharging speed control circuit board is broken down and should be repaired or replaced. Mechanical equipment and its processing objects, here we refer specifically to plastic films, have a characteristic of mutual accustomed to each other, that is, a mechanical equipment can only process plastic films within a certain range of properties. On the basis of understanding the properties of plastic films , Starting from the three elements of bag making, namely: pressure, temperature, and ironing time, when making bags (under the premise of ensuring ironing strength, relatively speaking) the ironing pressure should be large, the ironing temperature should be low, and the ironing time should be low. It should be long, and the hot pressing and sealing of the composite bag after this treatment will be beautiful, beautiful and straight. Bag Making Machine equipment maintenance precautions 1. The equipment should always clean up the sundries in the electric box. All four corners of the equipment should be blown clean with air guns, and the whole machine should be kept clean; 2. Hot cutting knife slider, hot cutting knife rod. Lubricating oil should be added regularly to the water jet slider, punching machine, and transmission chain, generally 1-2 times every 10 hours; 3. The equipment must be grounded strictly to prevent leakage of electricity and hurt people. The wiring of the hot-cutting knife heating plate should always be checked for looseness. If there is looseness, it should be tightened in time to prevent leakage of electricity and even fire.
